Reservations & memberships
More than 24 hours before — full refund, automatic
Cancel from your account any time up to 24 hours before your start time for a full refund. Card payments return to your original payment method; Track Tokens and guest passes return to your balance.
Within 24 hours of your start time — contact the front desk
Last-minute cancellations are handled by staff. Because a held pod is hard to re-fill on short notice, refunds inside 24hours are at our discretion and may be partial or declined. Where we can, we'll offer to reschedule you to another open slot at no charge instead.
No-shows and late arrivals
If you don't show and didn't cancel, the reservation is non-refundable and any Track Tokens used are forfeit. If you arrive late, your session still ends at its scheduled time; lost time isn't refundable.
Cancellations for conduct or policy violations
If a reservation or session is canceled or ended due to a violation of our Terms of Service, Code of Conduct, or Sporting Code — or conduct that endangers guests, staff, or equipment — no refund is issued and any tokens used are forfeit.
If we cancel
If we cancel your reservation — equipment failure, an emergency, or a closure on our end — you'll always receive a full refund or a free reschedule, your choice, regardless of timing.
Memberships & tokens
Membership fees are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime — billing stops at the end of your current cycle, and you keep your membership and any unused Track Tokens and guest passes through that period. When the cycle ends, the membership closes and any remaining Track Tokens and guest passes expire — they don't roll over and have no cash value.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take a few business days to appear.
